On 2014, November 26, a petition was launched calling Frenchspeaking Belgians to petition for the recognition of the Belgian culture of "French fries" as Oral and Intangible Heritage - read our article (in French) on the Fritkot and Belgian culture
From this class comes a conference in French for associations and groups that can be given to the Museum or in your local : An unusual conference that kills some myths about the culinary authors ; you discover a literature very particular because "cookbook" is not necessarily synonymous with recipebook... And humor and surprises are far from being absent! The quality of the illustrations also makes you better appreciate the passion of gourmet bibliophiles. This conference had be held on February 18, 2014 at the Libraire Toqué in Namur.
