Terms and conditions

Here is the translation of our terms and conditions. In case of difference between this text and the French version, only the French version is the legal version.

Preliminary

These terms and conditions apply automatically to the exclusion of all other terms and without restrictions on all reservations made. They are subject to change without notice. The confirmation of the reservation by the purchaser and the settlement of amounts due imply his unreserved acceptance to these terms and conditions.

• Weekend only for individual visitors,
• Weekdays and weekends for groups.

The appointment is essential to ensure the presence of the guide!

Terms and conditions

1. Fares: Fares are available at the npo Syndicat d'Initiative de Hermalle-sous-Huy La Rawète. They are subject to change without notice; they are always adapted to January 1 of each year. They are validated only after confirmation of payment requested by the npo Syndicat d'Initiative de Hermalle-sous-Huy La Rawète.

2. Schedule:

The duration of activities is shown in the tables above.

For groups:

• • The organizer must allow 15 minutes more to ... natural contingencies.
  • The organizer must also provide the time needed for a short break between two activities.
  • A lump sum of 50 € will be counted by half an hour's delay beyond the "academic quarter";
  • A 15% surcharge is applied when a visit or animation begins after 19 pm.

3. Reservation and payment:

a- For the activities of the npo Syndicat d'Initiative de Hermalle-sous-Huy La Rawète that involve the appointment (such as visiting museums), the buyer prior will telephone to +32 (0)85 31 42 86 to fix this appointment. In case of lateness the scheduled day and in relation to the appointed time, a lump sum of 50 € will be asked on the spot by half an hour's delay beyond the "academic quarter".

b- For individual visitor: he/she pays the ticket(s) on the arrival at the "Ferme castrale", before starting the activity either in cash or via his smartphone by using the Bancontact application to download beforehand - the explanations are here (click on the link). Once the application is installed, it simply needs to scan the QR code we will present, type your pin code, and the amount will be automatically transferred to the account of our non-profit organization. Please, attention: this system does not allow "extra" money because we only have a small cash.

For groups and schools:

• • The minimum number of people constituting a "group" being set at 15, a basic lump sum corresponding to 15 x the price of the reserved activity is due for any activity booked, even if the number of participants is less than 15 on the day scheduled. This package must be paid into the account BE15 0012 9155 8030 of the npo SI HsH La Rawète – BIC GEBABEBB. The organizer shows proof of payment to the group's arrival.
  • The number of participants is once and for all determined by the organizer 4 working days before the reserved date, which determines the amount payable. If the day of the activity, the number of people is less than the number announced, the amount owed is maintained. The same in case of withdrawal. If the number exceeds a few units, it will be accepted and the amount due will be increased in relation.
    
  • The balance due is paid in cash the day of the visit. TAKE CARE: there is NO "Bancontact" or other bankautomaton in Hermalle-sous-Huy!

Specific conditions for gastronomic activities for groups:

• • The choice of the menu will be the same for ALL the group. A "mix" is impossible.
  • The number of participants is once and for all determined by the organizer 8 days before the reserved date (so we can place the orders in time), which determines the amount to pay. If the number of people present is lower the day of the visit, the amount owed is maintained. The same in case of withdrawal. Because our association cooks according to old recipes for your information and enjoyment but it is not a restaurant! If the foodstuffs purchased for the group are not used, they are lost because they can be used the following day or days as in a restaurant. If the number exceeds a few units, it will be accepted ccepted up to 3 days before the visit date and the amount due will be increased in relation.
  • For all reservation of a gastronomic animation, a deposit must be paid 10 days before the date reserved to the account BE15 0012 9155 8030 of the npo SI HsH La Rawète – BIC GEBABEBB – with the visit date as communication. The organizer shows proof of payment to the group's arrival. The balance due is paid in cash the day of the visit. TAKE CARE: there is NO "Bancontact" or other bankautomaton in Hermalle-sous-Huy!

c- No refunds will be made except as set out in paragraph 4 of these terms and conditions.

d- The data recorded by the npo Syndicat d'Initiative de Hermalle-sous-Huy La Rawète constitute proof of all transactions made between the association and the buyers.

e- N.B. The tickets may not be resold. They can not be combined with other offers or promotions.

4. Entry restrictions:

The npo Syndicat d'Initiative de Hermalle-sous-Huy La Rawète reserves its right to deny access to the "Ferme castrale" of Hermalle-sous-Huy and to the sites planned for activities in case of force majeure such as strikes, fire, water damage... (non exhaustive list) and / or for safety reasons. In such a case, the npo Syndicat d'Initiative de Hermalle-sous-Huy La Rawète will offer the buyer another date tour or reimbursement of tickets purchased.

5. For disabled people:

Individuals with disabilities are encouraged to indicate their arrival at +32 (0)85 31 42 86 before booking, so that the npo Syndicat d'Initiative de Hermalle-sous-Huy La Rawète can inform them fully of means and conditions access. The reception staff of the npo Syndicat d'Initiative de Hermalle-sous-Huy La Rawète then make the necessary arrangements for the smooth running of their visit.

6. Responsibility :

The npo Syndicat d'Initiative de Hermalle-sous-Huy La Rawète declines all responsibility for damages of whatever nature, which are likely to achieve the effects, objects or materials brought by the visitors.
Visitors are responsible for any direct or indirect damage they might cause to the opportunity of their presence at the "Ferme castrale" of Hermalle-sous-Huy or as part of their participation in the activities of the npo Syndicat d'Initiative de Hermalle-sous-Huy La Rawète.

7. Photography :

It is possible to photograph for private use, after obtaining the consent of the official present on the site.
For photos or movies with professional nature, it is necessary to contact the npo Syndicat d'Initiative de Hermalle-sous-Huy La Rawète.

9. Disputes and complaints - Law applicable to disputes:

Any dispute or claim of whatever nature must be made during the visit or at the latest within three days after the activity by post or email.
In case of dispute, only the Courts of Huy are competent.
